Passion For Nature: Celebrating the Legacy of Melissa Hardie-Budden

Drop by the Gardeners’ House in Penzance and explore a still life exhibition and creative workshops, featuring some of the items from our archive collection. Many of the items we look after were donated to us by The Hypatia Trust, and now have their home at the Gardeners’ House.
The Hypatia Trust – celebrating its 30th anniversary this year – was founded by the force of nature and visionary that was Melissa Hardie-Budden – a much-loved face in our hometown of Penzance and a person without whom The Gardeners’ House would not exist, as it was she who saw the promise in the derelict old building and inspired a team of people to work together to bring it back to life.
This is a free exhibition – all are welcome – and there is no need to book in advance.
